Sanguine Life Coaching is committed to providing high-quality coaching services and educational resources. Because our services involve reserving time, personalized preparation, and the immediate delivery of professional coaching and digital content, all sales are final.

All purchases made through Sanguine Life Coaching are final.

We do not offer:

• Refunds
• Partial refunds
• Exchanges
• Credits
• Returns of purchased services
• Refunds for unused sessions
• Refunds for missed appointments
• Refunds for dissatisfaction with coaching outcomes
• Refunds for digital products, downloadable materials, or online resources once access has been provided

By purchasing our services or products, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing access to professional coaching services and/or digital content that cannot be returned.

Coaching is a collaborative process, and results vary from person to person. We cannot guarantee any specific outcome, financial result, personal achievement, career advancement, or other measurable success.

Because coaching services begin immediately through scheduling, preparation, consultation, and individualized planning, they are considered earned upon purchase or commencement of service and are therefore non-refundable.

If you choose to participate in our optional financial planning or financial account review services, the time spent analyzing your financial information, preparing budgets, creating financial plans, or providing recommendations is considered a professional service.

Accordingly, fees paid for financial coaching and related planning services are non-refundable.

Unless otherwise required by law, all digital products, templates, worksheets, e-books, videos, courses, downloadable files, and other electronic content are non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.

Clients may request to reschedule an appointment by contacting us in advance, subject to availability and any scheduling policies that may apply.

Failure to attend a scheduled coaching session ("no-show") or cancellation after any applicable notice period may result in forfeiture of that session without refund.

Sanguine Life Coaching reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether a session may be rescheduled.

If Sanguine Life Coaching must cancel a scheduled session due to circumstances within our control, we may, at our discretion:

• Reschedule the session at no additional cost; or
• Issue a credit for the canceled session.

By purchasing our services, you agree to first contact Sanguine Life Coaching to attempt to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Improper chargebacks relating to valid purchases may be disputed with the payment processor using records of your purchase, acceptance of this policy, communications, and service delivery.

Refunds will only be issued if required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
