What is Bank Connect?

After you click Connect your bank securely, Stripe opens a secure window where you'll select your bank and log in directly with them — Sanguine never sees your username or password. You then choose which accounts to share and consent to giving us read-only access to:

• Balances — your current account balances
• Transactions — recent spending and income activity
• Account ownership — the name and contact info on the account

That's it — read-only. We can look, analyze, and advise, but connecting your bank does not allow us to move any money. We use this information to review your financial situation and recommend resources and a plan to help you improve it. You can disconnect your accounts at any time.

When you're ready to pay for coaching, you can pay directly from your bank account (ACH bank transfer). Choose a subscription plan (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly) or enter a one-time amount. Stripe verifies your bank and collects your authorization securely. Because bank transfers clear over a few business days, your payment may take around 4 business days to complete — you'll get email confirmation from Stripe.

If you'd like, your bank can be securely saved so future payments are quick and easy — and you'll always be asked to authorize payments before they happen.

You can open your billing portal at any time to update your payment method, view your payment history, or cancel a subscription — no need to email us.
